Meet the Chef
Chef Thomas Guirlcook started his journey in Birmingham restaurants before studying culinary arts in France and Italy. His hands-on teaching method helps students learn by doing – not by memorizing recipes. “Good cooking,” he says, “starts with confidence and curiosity.”
